Kiev apartment rental rules and regulations

CHOOSING APARTMENT
Browse this site first and find the apartment that meets your requirements regarding location in Kiev, number of sleeping places, and other features. Please note - all prices are negotiable, especially for long-term rental (7 nights and longer). We grouped all our flats in three sections taking into account their roominess and accommodation capacity:

BOOKING
All apartments can be booked via internet or by telephone. Reservations are free of charge and available 24 hours per day. Please, make your booking in advance, preferably 2-3 weeks before your trip to Kiev. During high seasons we can ask you about pre-payment for 1 day (by Bank transfer, Credit Card reservation, Western Union etc). Your pre-payment is refundable: all amounts (except money transfer expenses) will be returned to customer if cancellation was made earlier than 1 day prior to supposed check-in date.

Please let us know if credit card booking is not acceptable for you. We can set up your apartment's reservation without pre-payment as well. In this case you will be asked to send us confirmation e-mail 2-3 days prior to your coming.

PAYMENT

All rates are given in EURO per apartment per night, and not per person.
All rates are inclusive of VAT, tourist tax and all other possible charges and payments for municipal services (electricity, gas, internet access, cable TV, water heating etc.)
Extra charges are applied only for secure car parking and international telephone calls made from the apartment's phone. Payments are available in cash - in our office (Kiev, prov.Mihailivsky 9a off.3, ), Credit Card (VISA/MC/AMEX), bank transfers and Western Union transfers. If payment is made by Credit Card, the extra charge is 4% (Visa, MC) and 5% (Amex) for bank services. We hand out all necessary payment documents, receipts and retail contracts.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is at 13.00 or later. Apartment keys are to be collected at the transfer or in the management office, which is opened 24 hours and located on 9a Mihailivsky lane office 3. You can find exact directions of how to find our office on contact page.
Departure time is before 12.00 am. Our manager or service maid will come to your apartment and picks-up your keys upon check-out. For another check-in or check-out time, please let us know in advance. Unusually late check-outs (until 5 pm) or early check-ins (before 9 am) are charged 50% of daily rental fee.

ROOM SERVICE

Room service is included as part of the rental fee. Each apartment is cleaned by service maid and we thoroughly check the quality of the housekeeper's work. Our service maid can do other duties like shopping, serving meals or dry-cleaning things. We provide cleaning of apartment and beddings\towels change once per 3 days. The cleanup time is coordinated with client beforehand. Everyday cleanings and beddings\towels change are also available upon your demand.

INTERNET ACCESS

Each apartment is supplied with high-speed internet modem and with Wi-Fi acess point. Internet access is unlimited and free of charge for all our clients. You can order a laptop rental in our company or any sort of computer help as well.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

Our driver can meet you at the airport or train station. This service costs 20 EURO (transfer Boryspil - Kiev costs 20 EURO, transfer from/to train station costs 10 EURO) and we will need your flight\train details then. This price does not depend on flight delays, city traffic jams and other circumstances. Chauffeur service is available 24 hours during the day.
