BOOKING
All apartments can be booked via internet or by telephone. This service is free of charge and available 24 hours per day. Please, make your reservation in advance, the preferable term is 2-3 weeks before your coming to Kiev. If you want to reserve certain apartment with fixed address we may ask you about pre-peyment for 1 day (via Bank transfer, Credit Card reservation, Western Union etc). Pre-payment is returnable. All amount will be returned if cancellation was made earlier then 1 day prior to supposed check-in time.

Definitely, pre-payment is not a rule and we usually book apartments without it.
While booking, please provide us with your correct contact information, name, telephone and e-mail. Also we require confirmation 2-3 days before you arrival to Kiev.
PAYMENT
All rates are given in EURO per apartment per night, and not per person. Extra charges are possible for car parking, high-speed Internet access and international telephone calls made from the apartment. All local calls and dial-up Internet access are free of charge. Payments are available in: Cash - in our office (Kiev, prov.Mihailivsky 9a off.3, open 9 am - 11 pm), Credit Card (VISA/MC/AMEX), bank transfer, Western Unilon transfer, etc. If payment is made by Credit Card, extra charge is 3% (Visa,MC) and 4% (Amex) for bank services.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is at 13.00 or later. The apartment keys are to be collected at the transfer or in the management office, which is open 24 hours and located on 9a Mihailivsky ln. office 3. Check-out time is 12.00 (or earlier). Our manager is coming at your check-out time to pick-up keys. For another requested check-in/out time let us know in advance.
ROOM SERVICE
Room service is included to price of apartment. We provide cleaning of apartment and beddings\linen and towels change once per 3 days. Everyday cleaning and beddings\towels change available on your request and for extra charge
INTERNET ACCESS
Each apartment is supplied with high-speed internet access modem. Internet is charged 0.06 USD per Megabite of traffic. Dial-up Internet access is also available and is free of charge on each apartment. Local telephone calls are free of charge. WiFi is available on request.
TRANSPORTATION SERVICE
Our driver can meet you at the airport or train station. This service costs 25 USD (transfer Boryspil - Kiev costs 25USD, transfer from/to train station costs 10 USD) and we will need your flight\train details then. This price does not depend on flight delays and the day or night hour. Driver service is available 24 hours during the day.
